Shopping

How to place order?

Browse our products by click Shop link in the menu and once you decide which product you want to order, simply choose its quantity and press “Add to Cart” button. After you add the product(s) you want to purchase to the cart, follow checkout process to successfully place your order.

How do I checkout?

Once you add product(s) to the cart, open cart by clicking cart icon in the menu and press of checkout button which will take you to the checkout page. Enter required information i.e. Name, Contact, Shipping Address and Billing Address and then choose Shipping Method and Payment Method. Once you do these, simply click Checkout button to finish the order placement process.

Can I place order if I don't have an account?

Yes, we do allow customers to place order without having register an account. During checkout, you have to option to checkout as guest or if you want to create account. If you create an account, it will benefit you while placing the next order by filling the address and other details automatically.

How can I Cancel or Change my order?

In order to cancel or change your order, write to us at info.umustafa@gmail.com with your order number. You can find the order number – which is automatically sent after order is placed – in your email inbox.

How can I Track my order?

You can track your order by putting your order number in ‘Track Order’ option in the footer.

Which payment methods do you support?

We only support Bank Transfer.

Is buying online safe?

Our platform is backed with SSL certificate and shopping and paying through Credit/Debit Card on Umaima Mustafa’s website is safe.

Shipping

What shipping methods are available?

We ship trough TCS domestically and DHL internationally.

What are the charges for international shipping?

Delivery Charges for international orders are calculated based on the destination and the weight of your shipment. Duties and taxes are not included in the price of the goods you purchase online and will not be included in the overall shipping costs you pay. Clearance and any associated charges are your responsibility.

Please note payment of taxes and custom duties on international orders will be the responsibility of the customer. Any applicable duties or fees (If any) will be collected at the time of order delivery.

What are the charges for domestic shipping?

We offer free shipping on all domestic orders.

How long it will take to get my package?

All our pieces are made to order, therefore the delivery time for each product varies. Generally your order will be ready for dispatch three weeks after payment is confirmed in our account. Please make sure that you have sent us the deposit slip or bank transfer information with your order number after payment has been made.
